Agency History
4-Sight Counseling, Inc. was chartered with a two-fold focus; housing counseling and mental health counseling. The agency was founded as a not for profit 501(c)3 agency in December 2005 by Dr. Tim Gould. 4-Sight Counseling, Inc. was formed for the purpose of serving mental health and affordable housing needs of low-income individuals and families who are in need of services and who are willing to help change their way of life that caused the mental health or homeless issues in the first place. WE believe that working with the client to help them understand and recognize that their decisions have gotten them where they are. Our position is to assist them in elevating their level of functioning so they can become more successful. WE are please to announce that in April 2008 we received our HUD designation and are the only Housing Counseling Agency south of St. Louis.
Our Mission:
Unconditional assistance to the poor, un-served and undeserved populations to improve their quality of life. This mission is carried out through our two primary services; Housing Counseling and Mental Health Counseling.
Individuals and families wanting to improve their lives will have access to the programs, resources and services to provide the opportunity for a better life. This vision is carried out by providing resource coordination, counseling, and other support or referral services for individuals and families that want to improve their lives but need some assistance to achieve that goal.
